Paul Hollywood’s Hot Cross Buns bake at 425 degrees. Perhaps your 475 degree is a typo? I will try these soon. I appreciate the conversions from metric. I just made the King Arthur Hot Cross Buns and they were good, but this recipe sounds even better with its citrus zests and apple.
