Dear Kevin I am from Alabama. So of course I had to try your new recipe for Ranch dressing. Absolutely delicious. I have to skip your waffle recipe because of the amount of sugar and calories. I am limited to 1500 calories per day. But I made them for my husband and his family and the only thing they said was I should have made more than four apiece. 12 people that was 48 Waffles. Whew I started making them at 6:am and put them on the table by 8:30. I also served it with Spanish smoked Chorizo patties. Keep the delicious recipes coming my friend. Love ya, Mark

I’ve never thought about putting lemon zest in my buttermilk ranch. It sounds divine. And, anything with bacon – or course.

You can’t beat a good ranch dressing…there’s so many different ways to use it! And I love the buttermilk version. I’ll have to make a double batch of this bad boy…one for the tots and one for dipping veggies or maybe a salad. (Note I said maybe…)
