Gramma's Easy Apple Crisp
This has to be the easiest apple crisp recipe! Made using peeled Granny Smith apples, this has a crunchy, buttery cinnamon topping using basic pantry items.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
Peel, core and slice the apples into bite size pieces. Place in a greased 13"x9" baking pan or stone.
In a mixing bowl beat the flour, sugar, oats, egg, baking powder and vanilla until it becomes a crumbled mixture.
Sprinkle this mixture over the apples, not covering completely, leaving breathing pockets here and there.
Melt the butter, drizzle over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes.
