This Kansas City Style Dry Rub is true to the traditional versions with a two to one ratio of brown sugar to paprika as a base then the typical pantry spices like garlic, onion and chili powder as well as cayenne to balance it all out with salt and pepper.
Easy to make and stores well in an airtight container.
This Kansas City Style Dry Rub makes a little over a cup and is great on 2 to 3 racks of baby back or spare ribs about 6 pounds of ribs total.
