Another perfect recipe! I had a bag of O’Brian potatoes on hand and used those. The rest of the ingredients and measurements remained the same except for the onion. I usually follow a recipe precisely on the 1st time around. A sure keeper! Thanks, Kevin!

Its a classic for a reason!!
Add a handful of green onions or bell pepper and ham or sausage or bacon or all of the above and call it a meal
