These were packed with creamy, spicy flavor, made with Oaxaca , and some with Chihuahua cheese. both were a hit, no leftovers. Nice dish to make with shredded chicken, very tasty. thanks for sharing.

In reply to Dana. Excellent! Cream dishes are a little tricky after freezing and typically the sauce/cheese will break, get grainy and separate. I'd stick to making this fresh myself.
